OUR BELIEFS
At The House we hold to these foundational beliefs
We believe there is one true God, eternally existing in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is the Creator of all things, the Redeemer of mankind, and is perfect in love, holiness, and power.
God.
We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man, who lived a sinless life, died for our sins, rose from the grave, and now reigns as King. He is the perfect revelation of the Father and is worthy of all worship, devotion, and affection.
Jesus Christ.
We believe the Holy Spirit is God, present and active today. He empowers believers, reveals Jesus, guides us into truth, and transforms us into His likeness.
Holy Spirit.
We believe the Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God. It reveals who God is, His plan for humanity, and serves as the foundation for our faith, beliefs, and daily lives.
The Bible.
We believe salvation is found in Jesus Christ alone. By grace through faith, we are forgiven of our sins, made new in Christ, and reconciled to God. Through His death and resurrection, we receive the gift of eternal life and are welcomed into God’s family.
Salvation.
We believe the gifts of the Holy Spirit are active today and available to every believer according to God’s will. Through gifts such as prophecy, healing, discernment, tongues, interpretation, wisdom, and knowledge, the Holy Spirit reveals Jesus, builds up His Church, and draws people to Himself.
The Gifts of The Spirit.
We believe water baptism is an act of obedience that follows salvation and a public declaration of faith in Jesus Christ. It symbolizes a believer’s identification with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus, reflecting the inward transformation that has taken place through Him.
Water Baptism.
We believe communion is a sacred act of remembrance through which believers honor the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and celebrate the new covenant established through His death and resurrection.
Communion.
We believe Jesus Christ will return again in power and glory to establish His Kingdom and fulfill His promises. We eagerly await His return and seek to live faithfully in anticipation of that day.
Second Coming.
OUR VALUES

We pursue Jesus with passion, expectancy, and devotion. We never want to lose our desperation for Him.
-
✽
FORMATION
We believe following Jesus shapes every part of our lives and we are continually formed into His likeness.
